Family Afternoon, Guided Tour and Workshop
While the parents and grandparents take part in the guided tour for adults at 2 pm (duration 1 hour), the children attend the workshop at the same time (2 to 3:30 pm). After a brief introduction to the art collection, the little artists can create their own magical pictures.

Guide through the collection: Séraphine Louis (1864–1942)
Séraphins Louis is one of the few European artists to be shown at the current avant-garde and self-taught exhibition, curated by Lynne Cooke, at the National Gallery of Art, Washington DC. The Sammlung Zander is one of the few museums that constantly display the work of Séraphine Louis. Therefore, the guide is dedicated to the art and the reception history of this extraordinary painter, whose life has been filmed by Martin Provost.

International Museum Day, Museum-Rally for Children
On the occasion of the International Museum Day, children and their companions can discover the Sammlung Zander in the form of a museum rally on their own. The children receive a brochure that guides them through the castle in a self-explanatory way. Different stations invite for an interactive exchange with the artworks.
Admission adults: € 6.- (red. € 4.-). Children until 5 years free. Children 6 – 16 years € 3.-.
